NOTTINGHAM: Pakistan beaten South Africa by seven runs in an exciting finish in the first semi-finals of the World Twenty20 Cup 2009 here at Trent Bridge on Thursday.Chasing a rather difficult target of 150 runs, South Africa were restricted to 142-5 when the 20 overs were completed.
