But if you get 20-25 runs from an over you can be on your way pretty easily. You need energy whether you are batting, bowling or fielding."

"We wanted to be positive and so we bat first," said Younis. "The spinners Afridi and Ajmal bowled really well and they were given excellent support by Kamran Akmal behind the stumps."
